NJBankers Purpose
The purpose of NJBankers, which is qualified as a business under
Section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (or the
corresponding provisions of any future United States Internal Revenue
Code), shall be to promote the growth, development and common interests
of those engaged in the banking business in the State of New Jersey and
to do all things reasonably incident or necessary to carry out this
purpose.
