TICIC, Inc. – A Broad Reach
Since its inception more than 15 years ago, TICIC, a wholly-owned
subsidiary of NJBankers, has closed thousands of loans to create
affordable housing and community development throughout New Jersey. The
TICIC network has provided New Jersey communities with more than 4,000
units of new or regenerated affordable housing, retail and commercial
space in urban centers, a day care center and a career development
center that serves more than 2,000 people annually. Members of the
community benefiting from TICIC’s work include the physically
disadvantaged, special needs citizens and seniors.
Future projects encompass more units of affordable
housing, and more square feet of retail and commercial space. TICIC is
open to funding any facility that will benefit the economic development
of and impact a community positively.
TICIC serves both for-profit and non-profit
organizations, new construction and building rehabilitation, and
suburban and urban neighborhoods. More than half of TICIC’s active
loans and projects result from member customers and their
