Leading your managers who have direct reports requires a very different skill set than managing a team of individual contributors. To be effective in that role, leaders need to move beyond making sure that work expectations are met and focus more heavily on coaching their managers to support and develop their teams. 

• Visioning

            Ensuring that your managers know what they’re managing/leading toward
              Ensuring your message is effectively trickling down to your manager’s direct reports

•  Advanced Communication Skills

            Using the DISC Everything Management Profile™  to gain strategies on developing,  motivating, and delegating so that your managers accomplish
              goals by getting work done  through their work teams.

•  Advanced Coaching Skills

              Learn to assess your managers’ coaching skills and create a coaching template for effective coaching discussions with them back on the job.

•  Leader Lab and Action Planning

               Using a consultative approach, participants will work through challenging “leading the manager” situations and will obtain feedback
               on their impending action
