Technology Vendor Management
The NJBankers and McIsaac & Associates will be presenting a one-day seminar on Wednesday, September 15, 2010 that will assist members in better managing third party technology vendor relationships. The program came from a membership survey conducted in the spring that identified challenges institutions face in managing technology vendor relationships in terms of commitment, keeping abreast of technical changes, awareness of competitor vendor products and measuring service levels.
