NJBankers has designed a conference that is timely, informative and intended to keep you up-to-date on the latest developments in today's residential and commercial mortgage markets. Your morning will focus on continuing RESPA issues, followed by a Panel devoted to the FACT Act - Fraud Prevention/Underwriting Criteria. Use this opportunity to hear from Acting Commissioner of the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance, Thomas Considine. Our Legal Update will then explore the new State and Federal legislation affecting the lending markets including the SAFE Act. After a reception with our exhibitors, our luncheon speaker, Patrick J. O'Keefe of J.H. Cohn LLP will present an "Outlook for New Jersey's Real Estate Market in 2010." Closing out our afternoon will be the opportunity to attend either our Commercial Lending Loss Mitigation Panel OR our Residential Lending Loss Mitigation Panel to learn the latest about loss mitigation tools available from industry experts.
