Effective leadership lies in understanding yourself, understanding others, and realizing the impact of your personal behavior on people around you. This two day intensive leadership workshop will provide attendees with new tools and techniques to become more effective leaders.
Prior to the program, attendees will take the DISC Assessment®. On Day 1 of the programs attendees will get an in-depth analysis of your unique leadership style and learn how to use your style to communicate more effectively with others. Discover your behavioral strengths, improve communication skills, and learn how to productively handle conflict.
On Day 2, attendees will use the DISC Everything Management Profile™ to gain strategies on how to develop, motivate, and delegate to your managers. In the highly interactive “leading the manager” segment, you will gain feedback on your impending action from other class participants. Learn how to assess your managers coaching skills and create a template for effective coaching discussions.
