Internal investigations at financial institutions, whether arising from concerns within the institution or from outside forces, give rise to multiple ethical considerations of which in-house counsel and legal departments must be aware.

This seminar will provide information on how to conduct internal investigations and how to address the privilege and other ethical implications that arise in such investigations.  This seminar will also address ethical concerns in responding to government investigations and subpoenas.
