The STEPS two-day certification program* will equip both new and experienced Head Tellers/Teller Supervisors and First Line Supervisors with the practical skills necessary to support your bank’s  goals and have immediate impact back on the job!!!

This program is designed to give participants a general overview of the most critical skills necessary to be an effective supervisor and effectively lead their team.

At the conclusion of this program, participants will:

• have a better understanding of their own supervisory skill strengths and development needs;

• a plan to develop their most-needed supervisory skills;

• action steps to take their team to the next level
