ABOUT THE AWARD
The New Jersey Bankers Association is committed to helping create a more inclusive banking community by providing our members with resources and programming on issues with respect to race, gender, gender identities, sexual orientation and disabilities. We are committed to promoting values that achieve more equitable outcomes.

The NJBankers Excellence in Diversity Award has been established to recognize a New Jersey Bankers Association bank member who has made significant achievements in helping to create a more diverse and inclusive banking community.

NOMINATION GUIDELINES
Nominations for the NJBankers Excellence in Diversity Award may include a NJBankers bank member who has demonstrated a commitment to enhancing diversity. On a separate document please share detailed information about how your nominee has demonstrated a commitment to advance diversity to achieve equitable outcomes including:

• Leadership – How has the nominee demonstrated leadership to enhance and further develop diversity and inclusion?

• Innovation – How has the nominee uniquely addressed key issues of diversity and inclusiveness?

• Impact – What have been the measurable outcomes?
