Registration Fee: The registration fee for the Mid-Career Conference is $299 per member and $600 per non member.
Please note: all credit card transactions will include a 3% convenience fee.
Cancellation Policy: The deadline for refunds is April 3. After April 3, refunds will not be granted but substitutions are welcomed. All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
