Main Street Lending

The Federal Reserve is expected to launch the Main Street Lending Program this month.  It is critical that bankers understand this new established program.

Participants will learn about the three types of loans available under the program, eligibility requirements for lenders and borrowers, the process by which an eligible lender can register to make program loans, and the specific covenants the Federal Reserve is requiring to be included in loan documents. 

We will also discuss the required documents for lenders to participate in the program.
