Banking Marijuana- What is a bank to do?

The use of marijuana is legal, to some degree, in thirty-three states, the District of Columbia, Guam and Puerto Rico. Yet the possession, distribution or sale of marijuana remains illegal under federal law. This results in challenges for banking marijuana – is it even possible?
