Remote Notarization is here to stay.  Twenty four states already have remote notarization statutes and a bill is pending in the United States Senate.  Nineteen states have authorized remote notarization by Executive Orders signed by the respective Governors of those States in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. 

In this webinar, attendees will understand the process of remote notarization and best practices to include a brief overview of laws throughout the nation with a particular emphasis on New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.
