CANCELLATION POLICIES: 

Regular registration fees for members, non-members including exhibit booths are subject to the following refund policy.  The deadline for refunds is April 26, 2023.  After April 26, 2023 refunds will not be granted, but substitutions are welcomed.

All event cancellations must be submitted in writing.

  •  Hotel reservations can be made by calling The Breakers directly at 877-724-3188. Please reference NJBankers when making your reservations.
  • Cancellation of Hotel Reservations/Early Departures:
    Cancellations made within 7 days prior to arrival will forfeit the first and last night’s room rate and tax. No-shows will be charged the full room revenue for the dates of the reservation as will any room vacated prior to the scheduled departure date.
